Wela Atelier ("we", "us", "our") operates a watch repair and restoration workshop at 142 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Retention periods

Client service records are retained for five years from the date of service to allow for reference in future projects and to support any follow-up enquiries. Contact enquiries that do not result in a service are deleted after twelve months. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the terms of the third-party analytics provider, typically no longer than 26 months.

Personal data collected by Wela Atelier is used for the following purposes:
